LETTING
Comprehensive and end-to-end including:

• Property evaluation to establish a rental income figure
• Property marketing, including photography
• Screen all potential tenants
• Arrange viewings
• Negotiate rental terms
• Draft and execute all tenancy documentation
• Collect first month’s rent in advance plus security deposit
• RTB registration
• Any other pre-letting services as requested (see below)

TENANCY & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
A “One Stop Shop” Service

• Draft an up-to-date inventory list and condition statement
• Check in new tenants and hand over the inventory list for checking and signing
• Hand over keys, including new key sets if required
• Assist with the transfer of utilities to the new tenant’s name
• Handle day-to-day calls and liaise with tenants during the tenancy
• Manage all repairs, maintenance, and emergency callouts as required
• Oversee rent collection and provide monthly statements to landlords
• Conduct periodic property inspections to ensure compliance with housing standards
• Draft and issue all statutory notices during the tenancy as applicable
• Check out tenants at the end of the tenancy and review the inventory and contents list
• Process security deposit returns and mediate disputes if required
