Property Market

What is happening with the property market in the Terenure area in 2023?

There is always a strong demand for property in the Terenure area. Its proximity to the city centre together with the attraction of the village centre and community atmosphere makes it a very desirable location. It is also an affordable area in comparison to its neighbouring D6 villages of Rathgar and Ranelagh.

The most listed properties in 2022 fell within the price brackets of €600,000 and €900,000.

Given the abundance of schools and recreational activities, family homes in move in condition are extremely popular. Prices have increased substantially for such homes over the past two years with many achieving in excess of €1m.

On average the length of time it is taking to agree a sale is 6 weeks.
